Hi I ‘m Linda

Born and bred in Nelson, I have a strong connection to the local community and I enjoy supporting people in our beautiful region.

I spent time living overseas and other parts of New Zealand before returning to Nelson to raise my son and daughter, and am now a Nana to four grandchildren.

 I have a background in people-focused roles and I am passionate about supporting clients through oncology rehabilitation and muscular injuries, understanding the physical and emotional challenges many clients face during and after treatment and rehabilitation.

I am passionate about helping Helen’s clients improve their strength, confidence, mobility and overall wellbeing through supportive exercise and care. It is an honour to be working alongside Helen who has skills in so many areas.

Outside of work I enjoy following local and national sport, particularly the Nelson Giants, and I have a strong interest in health, fitness and community wellbeing.
