Congratulations on your new arrival - what an exciting time for you and your family! After pregnancy and birth your recovery is important for your own and your baby's health. Starting exercise in a safe, supportive environment is the perfect way to get active knowing your are helping your body to recover in the best way possible.

Classes are designed for you to start anytime from 6 weeks after your baby is born (including after  c-section).

As a Physiotherapist Specialising in Pelvic health, pregnancy and post-natal care my goal is to help you feel great and stay active after your birth. Classes include a progressive range of exercises safe for any stage after birth and includes pelvic floor training, post-natal topics and a chance to socialise with other mums.
